Your SEPA mandate authorizes us to collect payments from your account. Collection occurs 7–14 days after contract conclusion. Pre-notification is 5 days before debit. Please ensure sufficient funds; you bear any return fees.
(1) The following terms and conditions apply to contracts concluded with us as the supplier (MycoVital Gesundheits GmbH) via the website www.mycovital.de. Unless otherwise agreed, we object to the inclusion of your own terms.
(2) A consumer within the meaning of these provisions is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly outside their trade, business or profession. An entrepreneur is any natural or legal person, or partnership with legal capacity, who acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity when concluding a contract.
(1) The subject matter of the contract is the sale of goods.
(2) By listing a product on our website, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system under the terms specified in the product description.

(4) Requests for a quote are non-binding. We will send you a binding offer in text form (e.g. by email), which you can accept within 5 days.
(5) Order processing and transmission of all required information takes place by email (partly automated). Please ensure your email address is correct and that you can receive our messages (e.g. no spam filter).
(1) Subscription contracts are concluded for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party with one month’s notice to the end of the month.
(2) The right to terminate without notice for good cause remains unaffected.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

The contract language is German. We do not store the contract text. You can save or print it via your browser. After we receive your order, we will email you all essential data again.
