AGARICUS BLAZEI MURRILL (ABM) organic mushroom powder capsules

The ABM has made a name for itself as a highly valued supplier of valuable nutrients and vital substances. It has been used traditionally to promote physical and energetic regulation.

The home of the Agaricus Blazei Murrill (ABM), which also bears the name “almond mushroom” due to its delicate taste, is in the rainforests of Brazil. The valuable mushroom has been eaten there since time immemorial and even venerated as the “mushroom of the gods”. Science has been researching the ABM for about 40 years.

This mushroom from the champignon family became known through the American mushroom researcher W. A. Murrill, who described it in the 1940s. This researcher also gave the ABM part of its name. Later on, the mushroom was rediscovered by Japanese coffee cultivators in Brazil. The first cultivation was also in Japan, where it is called “Himematsutake”. From there, the ABM continued to sweep triumphantly through Asia, Europe and North America. The ABM is still one of the most expensive edible mushrooms in the world.

We cultivate the ABM, like the Coprinus, on a specially produced BIO straw substrate. A special consideration in cultivation is that the mushroom needs relatively warm temperatures. In order to work in a sustainable and energy-efficient manner, we therefore only cultivate this mushroom during the summer months, taking account of the “nature” of the mushroom and reducing the otherwise high energy requirement on site.

The cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules takes place entirely and exclusively on our premises in Limeshain, Germany. The mature, freshly harvested mushroom is dried immediately after harvesting, using our special careful drying process, then ground into powder carefully with a water-cooled mill and filled into HPMC capsules. There is no interim storage (e.g. cold storage). Through the immediate, quick and careful processing, we ensure that all important substances it contains are preserved and that the mushroom does not lose its natural beneficial properties for human nutrition. It may contain traces of millet.

Recommended intake:
1 capsule 3 x a day at mealtimes with plenty of liquid.
Store the product in a closed container in a cool, dry place out of direct sunlight and out of the reach of children. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should be consulted before consumption.

1 jar contains 93 capsules = 47 g (500 mg / capsule)
