Recommended dosage:
The recommended dosage is 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals and plenty of liquid. Keep the product protected from light, closed and out of the reach of small children. Protect from heat and store in a dry place. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should generally be consulted before consumption.
Special medicinal mushrooms: Almond mushroom and shiny lacquered mushroom
- Almond mushroom (Agaricus blazei murrill): Also known as the "sun mushroom" or "almond mushroom," it originated in Brazil and is prized for its preference for warm, sunny places. It found its way into the world through Japanese coffee growers, who brought it to Japan and cultivated it there. In Limeshain, the ABM is cultivated in an environmentally friendly way on a straw substrate in summer in order to do justice to its natural growing conditions.
- Glossy lacquer mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum): Our Reishi capsules contain gently dried mushroom powder from the whole mushroom, including the spores, and are protected in a vegan capsule shell for optimum portioning. The cultivation takes place in Limeshain on organic wood substrate under strict quality guidelines and hygiene rules to ensure a safe and high-quality product.
High-quality production

Gute Unterstützung bei anspruchsvollen Zeiten!
Ich habe im Januar aufgrund meiner Brustkrebserkrankung mit der Einnahme begonnen, um mich bestmöglich auf die Therapie vorzubereiten. Die Bestrahlung habe ich gut vertragen, nur leichte Nebenwirkungen verspürt. Growing but conserving resources
We source raw materials such as maize and wood chips from regional suppliers for the cultivation of our organic medicinal mushrooms. This means we have short transport routes and can support local farmers and local businesses.
There are many small adjustments that can be made to make a company sustainable. For example, our production and all of the company's vehicles are powered by electricity generated by our own photovoltaic system (200 kW). We can therefore largely dispense with combustion engines. In addition, heat-loving mushrooms that thrive at high temperatures are only grown in summer. Cold-loving mushrooms are grown in the cold season to save heating and cooling energy. Two combined heat and power plants, which utilise the principle of cogeneration, ensure a higher degree of energy utilisation.
