The ashwagandha plant is better known to us as the sleeping berry or winter cherry. The plant grows in warm to very warm areas of our planet, especially on the Indian subcontinent. Therefore, the Ashwagandha plant has been used in South Asia for thousands of years.
For some years now, the Ashwagandha plant has also aroused the interest of many people and also of science in Western countries.
We obtain our Ashwagandha in BIO quality from India, where it has been cultivated for centuries and thus also serves as an economic livelihood for many people. With the combination of our BIO-Reishi mushroom powder from our own production in Limeshain our Ashwagandha experiences an optimal supplement.
Ingredients:
- Glossy Lackporling (Ganoderma lucidum) Powder*,
- Ashwagandha root (Withania somnifera) powder*,
- Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) capsules
* from controlled organic cultivation.
Due to the consistency of the fruiting body of Reishi, we do not obtain a pure free-flowing mushroom powder. The capsule contents may have a partially cottony consistency due to the natural nature of the mushroom fruiting body.

The cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules takes place entirely and exclusively in our factory in Limeshain, Germany. The ripe, freshly harvested mushroom is dried immediately after harvest in our special, gentle drying process, gently ground into powder with a water-cooled mill and filled into HPMC capsules. There is no intermediate storage (e.g. in cold storage). Due to the immediate, fast and gentle processing, we guarantee that all important ingredients are preserved and the mushroom does not lose its natural, useful properties for human nutrition. Proportions of millet may be included.
Suggested Use:
3 x daily 1 capsule with meals with plenty of liquid.
Keep the product protected from light, closed and out of reach of small children. Protect from heat and store in a dry place. During pregnancy and lactation, the doctor should generally be consulted before consumption. Do not exceed the specified recommended daily intake. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Kapseln. Gefühlt habe ich etwas mehr Energie und kann mich auch besser konzentrieren. Das Einschlafen und mein Schlaf ist verbessert worden. Seit Monaten nehme ich auch schon Coprinus und Maitake Kapseln. Das Resultat: ich brauche keine Diabetes Tabletten nehmen, da sich die Zuckerwerte sowohl auch die Leberwerte verbessert und im normalen Bereich sind. Ich bin sehr zufrieden mit den Kapseln.
