Right of Withdrawal

Withdrawal Period

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which:

• in the case of goods delivery, you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier takes physical possession of the goods;
• in the case of multiple goods ordered in one order and delivered separately, you or a third party named by you takes possession of the last item;
• in the case of regular delivery of goods over a period of time, you or a third party named by you takes possession of the first delivery.

How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the sample withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered), without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal.

The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of the refund.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier date.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions and Termination of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for:

• the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
• the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or sealed software which were unsealed after delivery;
• the supply of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts.
