RELOAD: Ideally 90 minutes after exercise with 250ml of water and a post-workout snack containing protein and carbohydrates. RECOVER: Ideal 30min before going to bed together with 250ml of water.
None of the products contain caffeine. For this reason, our booster PUSH is also ideal for athletes who want to achieve top performance in the afternoon or evening.
The products work best if they are taken with 250 ml of water. In addition, the products should be taken together as described over a longer period of time.
There are no known contraindications for any of the ingredients. However, pregnant women should consult their doctor before taking them.
