Red rice flour (BIO), also known as "Hong Qu" in traditional Chinese medicine is made from the natural fermentation of red rice. This type of rice has a striking red color caused by the presence of natural pigment in the outer layer of the rice grain.
During the fermentation process, the red rice grain is inoculated with a special mold called Monascus purpureus, which ferments the rice grain and releases the natural pigment. The final product is a powdery flour with a reddish color and a slightly sweet taste. Red rice flour is often used in traditional Chinese medicine as a natural dietary supplement.

The cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules is done entirely and exclusively at our facility in Limeshain, Germany. The ripe, freshly harvested mushroom is dried immediately after harvest in our special, gentle drying process, gently ground into powder with a water-cooled mill and filled into HPMC capsules. There is no intermediate storage (e.g. in cold storage). Due to the immediate, fast and gentle processing we guarantee that all important ingredients are preserved and the mushroom does not lose its natural, useful properties for human nutrition.
Recommended use:
Take 1 capsule daily with sufficient liquid with meals. Keep the product protected from light, closed and out of reach of small children. Protect from heat and store in a dry place. Should not be consumed by pregnant or lactating women, children under 18 years of age and adults over 70 years of age. Should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering drugs or if you are already consuming other products containing red mold rice. Seek medical advice on consumption of this product if health conditions develop. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake stated. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet.

There are many small adjustments that can be made to make a company sustainable. For example, our production and all of the company's vehicles are powered by electricity generated by our own photovoltaic system (200 kW). We can therefore largely dispense with combustion engines. In addition, heat-loving mushrooms that thrive at high temperatures are only grown in summer. Cold-loving mushrooms are grown in the cold season to save heating and cooling energy. Two combined heat and power plants, which utilise the principle of cogeneration, ensure a higher degree of energy utilisation.
