The Agaricus Bisporus or Agaricus brunnecens is known to most people by its more popular name "mushroom". Like the Shiitake and the Pleurotus, it belongs to the leafy mushroom family. It was first cultivated by the agronomist Olivier de Serres in the 17th century at the court of Louis XIV in France.
It contributes to a balanced diet:
Olivier de Serres recognized that this mushroom particularly prefers constant, warm temperatures. For this reason, it was already cultivated in caves near Paris in his day and used as a delicacy in courtly cuisine. It is only since about the 1950s that the mushroom has been cultivated professionally and available to everyone.
Guaranteed free of toxins and impurities:
Our Agaricus Bisporus is grown on a specially made organic compost substrate. This ensures that the fungus cannot absorb toxins from the soil as it grows. Conventional substrate soils can contain impurities and fertilizer residues. With organic substrate this is excluded. In order for this vital fungus to develop its full power and form healthy fruiting bodies, optimal conditions must be created for it. This includes the right humidity of the substrate as well as a specially adjusted temperature and humidity. After harvesting, the vital mushrooms are gently dried (without intermediate storage) and ground into a fine powder. This way we guarantee that all valuable ingredients are preserved.

Production:
The cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules takes place entirely and exclusively in our factory in Limeshain, Germany. The ripe, freshly harvested mushroom is dried immediately after harvesting in our special, gentle drying process, gently ground into powder with a water-cooled mill and filled into HPMC capsules. There is no intermediate storage (e.g. in cold storage). Due to the immediate, fast and gentle processing we guarantee that all important ingredients are preserved and that the mushroom does not lose its natural, useful properties for human nutrition. may contain millet. Directions:
Take 1 capsule of Agaricus Bisporus Organic Vital Mushroom Powder 3 times daily with meals and plenty of liquid.

There are many small adjustments that can be made to make a company sustainable. For example, our production and all of the company's vehicles are powered by electricity generated by our own photovoltaic system (200 kW). We can therefore largely dispense with combustion engines. In addition, heat-loving mushrooms that thrive at high temperatures are only grown in summer. Cold-loving mushrooms are grown in the cold season to save heating and cooling energy. Two combined heat and power plants, which utilise the principle of cogeneration, ensure a higher degree of energy utilisation.
