Preparation: for 1 litre of water one takes 1 tablespoon of herbs or 2 filter bags, for 1 cup one take 1 teaspoon of herbs or 1 filter bag. Brew it with boiling water, then let it stand for 2 to 3 minutes and pass it through a sieve.
