MorgenStund' contains selected ingredients such as the gluten-free seeds millet, buckwheat, amaranth as well as sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds and sweet almonds. The fruit's own natural sweetness from apple and pineapple round off this high-quality breakfast for young and old.
The preparation is child's play, quick to make and incredibly versatile. MorgenStund' is either cooked as a porridge or simply poured over with hot water, stirred and left to swell briefly. Finally, MorgenStund' is refined as desired with fruit, dried fruit, nuts, WurzelKraft, a little cream, rice, oat or almond milk.

Millet*, buckwheat*, dried fruit 13.5% (pineapple*, apple*), oil seeds 8.5% (pumpkin seeds*, sunflower seeds*, sweet almonds*), amaranth*.

Basic recipe for MorgenStund'
- 3 tablespoons MorgenStund' (35 g)
- approx. 120-140 ml water
Variant 1
Mix MorgenStund' with boiling water and let it swell for 1 - 2 minutes.
Variant2
Stir MorgenStund' with a whisk into approx. 160 - 180 ml water. Bring to the boil while stirring and simmer at low heat for 1-2 minutes.
