Recommended dosage:
The recommended dosage is 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals and plenty of liquid. Store the product protected from light, closed and out of the reach of small children. Protect from heat and store in a dry place. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, a doctor should generally be consulted before consumption.

At our farm in Limeshain, it is cultivated under controlled conditions on a special wooden substrate to ensure the highest purity and quality.
- Rattling sponge (Grifola frondosa): Maitake, also known as rattling sponge, is a medicinal mushroom that has been prized in Japan and China for centuries and is considered a real delicacy. Its flower-like, brownish fruiting bodies have a delicate consistency. Due to the demanding cultivation methods, it is only cultivated by our most experienced employees on a specially adapted organic wood substrate.
High-quality production: from cultivation to capsule
The entire processing of the mushrooms takes place at our plant in Limeshain, Germany: harvesting, gentle drying and grinding in a water-cooled mill. We then fill the powder into HPMC capsules without intermediate storage in order to preserve the valuable ingredients. Find out more in our Production video.

Growing but conserving resources
We source raw materials such as maize and wood chips from regional suppliers for the cultivation of our organic medicinal mushrooms. This means we have short transport routes and can support local farmers and local businesses.
There are many small adjustments that can be made to make a company sustainable. For example, our production and all of the company's vehicles are powered by electricity generated by our own photovoltaic system (200 kW). We can therefore largely dispense with combustion engines. In addition, heat-loving mushrooms that thrive at high temperatures are only grown in summer. Cold-loving mushrooms are grown in the cold season to save heating and cooling energy. Two combined heat and power plants, which utilise the principle of cogeneration, ensure a higher degree of energy utilisation.
