Recommended dosage:
The recommended dosage is 1 capsule 3 times daily with meals and plenty of liquid. The product should be stored away from light, in a dry place and out of the reach of small children. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, it is recommended to consult a doctor before consumption.

- Hericium erinaceus, also known as "hedgehog's beard", is a highly prized medicinal mushroom in Asia that is traditionally used in cooking and as a food supplement. It is cultivated under optimal conditions on our organic farm.
- Maitake, often called the "dancing mushroom", is particularly popular in Japan and China and is also carefully cultivated on our certified organic farm in Hesse in order to preserve its valuable ingredients.
- Shiitake, also known as the "king of mushrooms", is known worldwide for its use in the kitchen and is also cultivated on our farm under strictly controlled organic conditions.
High-quality production: from cultivation to capsule
We produce the Hericium-Maitake-Shiitake organic medicinal mushroom powder capsules with the utmost care at our certified organic farm in Limeshain, Germany. The medicinal mushrooms are grown under strictly monitored, organic conditions - completely without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilisers.
Immediately after harvesting, the mushrooms are carefully dried and gently processed into a fine powder using a water-cooled mill. This powder is then filled into vegan HPMC capsules, which enable simple and precise dosing. By dispensing with intermediate storage, the full nutrient density of the mushrooms is retained.

Growing but conserving resources
We source raw materials such as maize and wood chips from regional suppliers for the cultivation of our organic medicinal mushrooms. This means we have short transport routes and can support local farmers and local businesses.
There are many small adjustments that can be made to make a company sustainable. For example, our production and all of the company's vehicles are powered by electricity generated by our own photovoltaic system (200 kW). We can therefore largely dispense with combustion engines. In addition, heat-loving mushrooms that thrive at high temperatures are only grown in summer. Cold-loving mushrooms are grown in the cold season to save heating and cooling energy. Two combined heat and power plants, which utilise the principle of cogeneration, ensure a higher degree of energy utilisation.
