The Hericium is also known by many other names, including hedgehog goatee (in Latin, Hericium means "hedgehog"), pom-pom blanc, lion's mane, or coral mushroom, because its fruiting bodies are branched like coral. It has a snow-white, icicle-like appearance. Its delicate aroma is remarkable. It is reminiscent of veal and poultry meat. The fleshy fruiting body of this valuable noble mushroom is appreciated by connoisseurs due to its very fine taste and is increasingly used in renowned kitchens.
Picking the optimal time for harvesting
We cultivate the Hericium in our farm in Limeshain on a special wooden substrate according to the EC-ecological regulation. The vital mushroom is very sensitive. In order to thrive, it needs a lot of filtered, clean air. It is especially important to regulate humidity and temperature evenly, otherwise the fruiting bodies will dry out. With this mushroom, it is important to find the ideal time for harvesting, because this is the only way to obtain all the important components. This ideal time is when the mushroom sheds its white spores. Of course, the harvest is done very carefully by hand.
No pollutants from the environment
Only through our controlled cultivation and direct drying and processing can we guarantee that the mushroom does not absorb any harmful substances from the environment. Other producers grow and dry their mushrooms outdoors. This often results in contamination with environmental toxins from the soil and air. With us, on the other hand, the cultivation and processing takes place exclusively under very strictly monitored conditions. From cultivation to harvesting, we ensure that Hericium only receives purified water and filtered air. Production:
The cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules takes place entirely and exclusively at our facility in Limeshain, Germany. The ripe, freshly harvested mushroom is dried immediately after harvesting in our special, gentle drying process, gently ground into powder with a water-cooled mill and filled into HPMC capsules. There isno intermediate storage (e.g. in cold storage). Due to the immediate, fast and gentle processing we guarantee that all important ingredients are preserved and that the mushroom does not lose its natural, useful properties for human nutrition. may contain millet (Click here to watch our production video)
Recommended Consumption:
3 x daily 1 capsule with Hericium with meals with plenty of liquid.

There are many small adjustments that can be made to make a company sustainable. For example, our production and all of the company's vehicles are powered by electricity generated by our own photovoltaic system (200 kW). We can therefore largely dispense with combustion engines. In addition, heat-loving mushrooms that thrive at high temperatures are only grown in summer. Cold-loving mushrooms are grown in the cold season to save heating and cooling energy. Two combined heat and power plants, which utilise the principle of cogeneration, ensure a higher degree of energy utilisation.
