Product description: PORIA-COCOS - Reishi Organic Mushroom Powder Capsules
Poria cocos is considered one of the "exotics" among mushrooms, with a fruiting body that grows underground, like truffles. With the vital mushroom Reishi the Poria-Cocos gets an equal playing partner.

Ingredients:
- Pine sponge (Poria cocos) powder*,
- Glossy Lackporling (Ganoderma lucidum) powder*,
- Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (HPMC) capsules
* from controlled organic cultivation.
Due to the consistency of the fruiting body of Reishi we do not obtain a pure free-flowing mushroom powder. The capsule contents may have a partially cottony consistency due to the natural nature of the mushroom fruiting body.

The cultivation and processing into mushroom powder capsules takes place entirely and exclusively in our plant in Limeshain, Germany. The ripe, freshly harvested mushroom is dried immediately after harvest in our special, gentle drying process, gently ground into powder with a water-cooled mill and filled into HPMC capsules. There is no intermediate storage (e.g. in cold storage). Due to the immediate, fast and gentle processing, we guarantee that all important ingredients are preserved and the mushroom does not lose its natural, useful properties for human nutrition. Shares of millet may be included.
Suggested Use:
take 1 capsule 3 times a day with meals with plenty of liquid.
Keep the product protected from light, closed and out of reach of small children. Protect from heat and store in a dry place. During pregnancy and lactation, the doctor should generally be consulted before consumption.

Growing but conserving resources
We source raw materials such as maize and wood chips from regional suppliers for the cultivation of our organic medicinal mushrooms. This means we have short transport routes and can support local farmers and local businesses.
There are many small adjustments that can be made to make a company sustainable. For example, our production and all of the company's vehicles are powered by electricity generated by our own photovoltaic system (200 kW). We can therefore largely dispense with combustion engines. In addition, heat-loving mushrooms that thrive at high temperatures are only grown in summer. Cold-loving mushrooms are grown in the cold season to save heating and cooling energy. Two combined heat and power plants, which utilise the principle of cogeneration, ensure a higher degree of energy utilisation.
